Celebrating Excellence in Central Oregon's Building Industry
The Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) recently honored outstanding members of the building community with its 2018 Excellence Awards. These prestigious awards were presented at the Excellence Awards ceremony, held on January 17, 2019, at the Bend Golf & Country Club.

The 2023 Tour of Homes featured remarkable winners across a variety of price points, with top awards going to builders like Titan Construction, Solaire Homebuilders, Pahlisch Homes, and Sunrise Construction. The event celebrated exceptional architectural designs, standout features, and sustainable building practices, with a special recognition for High Performance Building Awards. It was a showcase of the best in Central Oregon’s homebuilding industry.
The Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) has announced the 2020 Excellence Award winners, recognizing outstanding achievements in categories such as Builder of the Year, Remodeler of the Year, Green Builder of the Year, and many more. These winners represent the best of the building industry in Central Oregon and were celebrated for their contributions to excellence, sustainability, and community involvement.
COBA has donated $108,000 to the COCC Skilled Trades Pre-Apprenticeship program to support workforce development in Central Oregon. The donation, announced at COBA's Annual Excellence Award Event, will help expand education and training in rural areas to address the region's construction worker shortage.
