Celebrating Excellence in Central Oregon's Building Industry
The Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) recently honored outstanding members of the building community with its 2018 Excellence Awards. These prestigious awards were presented at the Excellence Awards ceremony, held on January 17, 2019, at the Bend Golf & Country Club.

The 2023 COBA Excellence Awards honored standout professionals in the Central Oregon construction industry, with winners in categories like Residential Builder, Commercial Builder, and Lifetime Achievement. Recognizing excellence in architecture, design, construction, and community involvement, the awards highlight the region’s commitment to innovation and quality.
The 2025 Tour of Homes featured remarkable winners across a variety of price points, with top awards going to builders like Titan Construction, Solaire Homebuilders, Pahlisch Homes, and Sunrise Construction. The event celebrated exceptional architectural designs, standout features, and sustainable building practices, with a special recognition for High Performance Building Awards. It was a showcase of the best in Central Oregon’s homebuilding industry.
COBA has announced the promotion of Mandy Weidman to Senior Vice President of Operations & Sales Manager. With five years of experience at COBA, Mandy is now overseeing two departments and a large portion of the association’s budget, reflecting the trust COBA has in her leadership.
