COBA has announced the 2021 Excellence Award winners, honoring outstanding achievements in Central Oregon’s building industry.
COBA has donated $108,000 to the COCC Skilled Trades Pre-Apprenticeship program to support workforce development in Central Oregon. The donation, announced at COBA's Annual Excellence Award Event, will help expand education and training in rural areas to address the region's construction worker shortage.
