21st Annual Central Oregon Builders Association Tour of HomesTM

Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) is pleased to present the 21st Annual 2009 Tour of HomesTM.  The field of homes is being set for the 2009 Tour, and we anxiously await the tour dates of July 17, 18, 19 and July 24, 25, 26.    Hours for the tour this year will be the same as past years Fridays Noon – 6, Saturdays & Sundays 10-6. 

The 21st Annual COBA Tour of HomesTM tour guide will be available in each Tour home as well as being delivered in The Bulletin right before the Tour begins.  If you are interested in advertising in the tour guide please contact The Bulletin at 382-1811.

As usual the homes will be judged in a variety of categories:

• Best Kitchen
• Best Interior Finish
• Best Master Suite
• Best Garage
• Best Feature
• Best Architectural Design
• Green Building
• Best Value
• Best of Show

Additionally, homes entered as green homes will be judged in the following categories:

• Site Design
• Resource Efficiency
• Indoor Air Quality
• Efficient Building Design
• Other Innovations

Awards will be announced at 10 am on Tuesday July 21st, 2009.  Location to be announced.
