The COBA Education Committee produces an ongoing series of classes, workshops, seminars and courses focused on providing education on topics particular to the building and construction industry, as well as best business practices. The goal of this program, COBA College, is to provide educational opportunities and resources to members of the Central Oregon Builders Association, people in the regional building industry, and to the general public, in order to promote high ethical standards, to increase business knowledge, and to develop quality professional skills.
