Tour of Homes™

Important Dates:

  • March 8 - Deadline for Early Bird Registration. ~ Save $500 for each home!
  • May 10 - Last day to sign up to participate on the tour. ~ Last day to sign up!
  • July 14th - Tour of Homes™ guides distributed in The Bulletin. Guides will also be available at the COBA office (call 389-1058), and possibly local Chambers of Commerce.
  • July 17th-19th - First weekend of the Tour, and judging.
  • July 20th - Awards announced.
  • July 24th-26th - Final weekend of the Tour. 

Hours for the tour this year will be the same as past years Fridays Noon – 6, Saturdays & Sundays 10-6. 

 Eligible Builders:

An eligible builder must be a member of COBA in good standing. An eligible entry is a newly construction home completed within the 24 month period prior to the Tour dates. The entry must not have been entered in any previous year’s Tour of Homes™.

As usual the homes will be judged in a variety of categories:

  • Best Landscaping
  • Best Kitchen
  • Best Interior Finish
  • Best Master Suite
  • Best Garage
  • Best Feature
  • Best Architectural Design
  • Green Building
  • Best Value
  • Best of Show

Additionally, homes entered as green homes will be judged in the following categories:

  • Site Design
  • Resource Efficiency
  • Indoor Air Quality
  • Efficient Building Design
  • Other Innovations
