Neil Kelly has been a very active COBA member since arriving on the scene. You can always look for them to be involved in helping the community, and the Ramp-a-thon was not excepetion. Their ramp was constructed for Alice Sisco. Alice cares for her son who is 50 years old and has Muscular Dystrophy. He will be needing a wheechair and she may in the future as well. Thanks also to Parr Lumber for their contribution of building supplies to make this project possible.
