Paul is the 2009 COBA Remodelers Chairperson. His ramp was built for Alberta Rorick. He says "For Alberta, it’s really just to say that she’s a sweet octogenarian (while, almost – she’s 79) living alone and running her small goat farm east of Bend. She’s out caring for those goats every day most likely before the rest of us have smelled the coffee. She’s managing with the rickety steps from her porch at the moment, but won’t be able to forever. The ramp will enable her to stay in her home, with her goats, as she would choose for a much longer time to come."
