The 2011 Central Oregon Preferred Contractors Buyers' Guide & Membership Directory will be one of the most valuable tools COBA will offer in 2011. COBA will print over 35,000 copies to make available to the public. Directories will be available in mid-January 2011, and will be distributed to the public through The Bulletin, at various public events, and in COBA member businesses.
