The 2010 Central Oregon Preferred Contractors Buyers' Guide & Membership Directory will be one of the most valuable tools COBA will offer in 2010. COBA will print over 35,000 copies to make available to the public. Directories will be available in early January 2010, and will be distributed to the public at various public events, and in COBA member businesses.
