Pacwest Homes have been creating breathtaking homes in Central Oregon for almost 15 years. From our first project in Sunriver, we have always felt that designing and building a custom home is a collaboration and true understanding between client and builder.

Five years ago, Steve Van Sant joined our company after a long and successful career (35 years and counting) designing homes in the Pacific NorthWest. With our first class craftsmen building homes and Steve Van Sant designing them, choosing Pacwest for your custom home project is the smartest decision you can make; not only for our experience and quality but for the value we create with our business model.

Briefly, we have an open book contract that ensures you never pay more than you have to for each phase of construction. We believe the word ‘Custom’ should not translate into ‘most expensive’. On the contrary, our clients see everything from our sub-contractors and vendors, taking full advantage of our economies of scale and benefiting from these savings. Just because you have the means to build a custom home does not mean you have to pay the most to do it.

The design of your home is all about what will make you truly happy. You will work directly with Steve and his team, who in turn will work with our in-house engineer to make sure everything works together. We will deal with the city and county on your behalf for all respective permits etc. and work with design review committees to make your home fit in with whatever guidelines exist. During construction, you will be in constant contact with our team on progress, with regular photographic updates (especially helpful if you are not local when the build is in progress) and frequent progress reviews. We have yet to discover a request from a client that we were not able to achieve.

Once your build is complete and you’re all moved in, our warranty and customer service divisions are available if the need arises. We will schedule a 30 day, 90 day and 1 year thorough walk through with you once the build is complete to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your home and it’s performance. Even after the 1st year has passed, we will always be here for you. We are as proud of our homes as you will be and we strive to make sure your ongoing pleasure is completely satisfied.
