Bend Trend Homes is excited to be the first builder in Bend’s newest golf resort community, Tetherow. Formerly, SACE, Inc, the name Bend Trend Homes, was selected by owners Shayne and Angelika Olsen, as it more accurately defines their custom home building company.

The name is new but the experience is not. Over the years Shayne Olsen has built a strong reputation and a list of satisfied customers. Originally building in Portland, the Olsens moved their business and family to Bend. Recent projects have included resort vacation homes in Sunriver, Caldera Springs and Brasada Ranch.

With this project, Bend Trend Homes turns the design corner: Urban Loft meets Mountain Lodge to create the new “Urban Lodge” style. It’s not like anything you’ve ever seen. Additionally, client processes are constantly reviewed and improved. Because, just as important as loving the custom home you’ve had built, is enjoying the process while you are doing it.
